Jenny is so likeable and personable. We had 3 other realtors access our property and by far Jenny was the best choice. She believed she could sell it and pointed out the good points of the home. We signed with her late on a Monday. She posted the next morning. We had 4 showings and an offer that day. She had an excellent plan laid out to sell the home. It went like clockwork. Without a doubt I will use Jenny again. She will be recommended every chance I get.

I live out of state and was handling the sale of my mother's house. Jenny made the entire process easier for me. I commend her knowledge in guiding me through the process as well as the necessary documents, her accessibility, and her prompt communications. As I was not familiar with companies needed to assist in repair work following inspection, she was extremely helpful in putting me in contact with the appropriate tradespeople. From a sellers perspective a sale of a home is always complicated by pricing, items to fix and other unplanned or unexpected occurrences that need to be addressed. Jenny handled this all superbly, was very readily available and very conscientious.

My wife and I have purchased other homes throughout the US and can honestly say that Jenny is by far the BEST realtor we have ever had. She is warm, personable, and flat out knows what she is doing. I wouldn't trade her for anyone else. She is truly a blessing in this field and to our family.
